All of our Watches, Straps and Accessories are 100% authentic and brand new. We do not sell replicas. Please make sure items are what you ordered and are absent of any 'Out of Box' defects. Please make sure the watch is to your liking because once you wear or modify the watch, it is not returnable and is solely subject to the warranty provided. If you find that there is something wrong with your timepiece or it does not meet your expectations, please contact us. Our return policy is as follows:
Freight charges for all non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
All returns must not be worn, sized, used or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear cannot be returned. If they do show wear, they will be returned immediately at the customer's expense and no refund will be granted.
Special orders cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. Special orders are marked as such.
All returns must have non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (Instruction manuals, Warranty Cards, Watch Tags, etc.) otherwise, a maximum of a 20% restocking fee will apply.
If you received a free gift with the watch you are returning, you will need to return the gift.
If the watch is worn, visibly used or the tag is removed, you cannot return the watch. You are, however, fully protected under the warranty and must work with the warranty provider to obtain either a replacement or a repair.
Internet Sales Return Policy for Books
At CGA Books we believe that the most important part of Customer Service is the customer. In the event that you wish to return a purchase please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at and notify us of the reason you wish to return your purchase. Include your invoice number and the title of the item.
2. Within three business days we will respond with a return authorization number and the address that the item should be returned to.
3. Package the item well (in the original packaging if possible) and return to us via the carrier of your choice. We can not refund the return shipping costs.
4. The item must be received in the original condition, undamaged, with the original wrapper still be intact (if applicable), and there can be no evidence that the book was read or copied.
5. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The shipping cost can not be refunded.
6. If you paid by credit/debit card we will issue a refund to the card account. It may take a full billing cycle before the refund shows up on your statement.
7. If the payment was by check or money order a refund check will be sent to you within 7 business days.
8. PayPal payments will be credited back to your PayPal account within the same time period.
9. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different title the cost of the replacement plus the shipping cost and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount of your refund. If you wish to exchange the return for one costing more, you must include payment for the difference. Please notify us of this in advance so that we can provide you with the correct amount of submit.
10. You must file claims for damage incurred in shipping with the carrier. We can not be responsible of what happens to an item after it leaves our possession.
