Tango FoxTrot Knives

Tom Ferry began making knives in 1996 and became a full-time knifemaker in 1999. In 2000 he joined the American Bladesmith Society and progressed through the organization until he received his Matersmith rating in 2006. Since then he has had the opportunity to be an instructor at Pratt Fine Art College in Seattle, an instructor at the A.B.S. School of Bladesmithing in Texarkana, AR and has recently been an engraving instructor at the NRA school in Susanville, CA. Tom is the type who is never satisfied and will always be pushing the envelope somewhere in knives and or steel. He has taken damascus making to new levels with his developments in folding techniques and patterning. Tom has all but mastered engraving and continues to push his repertoire of techniques far beyond what most artists are willing to pursue. Currently Tom has started a new venture called Tango Foxtrot Knives LLC. This will be production versions of his custom knife designs. These knives will be assembled by Tom himself but all if not most of the parts will be made out of shop. Tango Foxtrot Knives will be held to the same quality standards that Tom employs in all his custom knives, using the best steels and materials available. These knives will offer the end user a more than capable product at an attractive price. Tango Foxtrot unveiled the first hidden spring slipjoint on the market with the T-1 prototype and will continue to introduce new and exciting products at a competitive price.
