We created the Minuteman brand to raise funds for charities that assist veterans and their families and here is why.

Our CFO is a disabled Vietnam vet. As such, we are very respectful of those who serve. Especially those who have given so much and that its left a deep and lasting negative impact on their remaining lives.

We do realize that what we can contribute is but a drop in the bucket. But we do hope it can have a positive impact that is greater than the actual dollar amount donated. We also very much hope our idea of creating a for profit to employ Americans, and help veterans will inspire others to follow suit. We also hope that their efforts will be even more of a success. What is Minuteman doing with the money we raise?

The profits from each watch we sell will be going:

25% of the profit from each watch we sell will go to charity.

50% will go back into our brand in an effort to achieve our future goals.

25% will go to cover the salaries of our employee’s.

The Gary Sinise Foundation will be the charity receiving the donations from our 1st production run.

We have asked that those funds go for their Building for America’s Bravest.org effort.
